Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. First-month money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your first month of service, contact us within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. No questions, no hard feelings.

2. Cancellation

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your client portal.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep full access until then.
• There are no cancellation fees or lock-in contracts.

3. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer (typically 5–10 business days).

4. Exclusions

Refunds beyond the first-month guarantee are issued at our discretion where the service was not delivered as described.
