By using aiautopilot.asia and the AI Autopilot service you agree to these terms.

1. The service

AI Autopilot provides done-for-you marketing services for professional service firms: landing pages, social media content, trend research, newsletters, and monthly reports. Content is AI-assisted and human-reviewed before publication.

2. Subscriptions & billing

• Plans are billed monthly in advance and auto-renew until cancelled.
• Pricing is shown in your selected currency (MYR, USD, or SGD).
• You may cancel at any time from your Billing page; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

3. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, review content marked "Awaiting approval," and ensure you have the right to use any materials you supply to us.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful, misleading, or harmful content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, deliverables created for your account are licensed to you for use in your business. The underlying platform and AI systems remain our property.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding month.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated by email or on this page.
